Network Source One implemented a short-term wireless solution enabling Lapeer quick startup options with the new plant. NSO leveraged Lapeer’s Citrix infrastructure to providing networked capabilities at this remote site within a two week timeframe. Plans include hard wiring with some plant floor wireless connectivity. Lapeer Metal Stamping specializes in the manufacture of high quality metal stampings and assemblies for the automotive industry.

Team Blue Bayou Snags a 2nd Place Finish

BOYNE FALLS, Michigan—Team Blue Bayou snags a 2nd place finish in the 2004 Salomon/Moosejaw Adventure Rage Adventure Race. Representing Network Source One on the Blue Bayou Team was Network Source One President, Roger Rush and Customer Service Representative, Cooper Green. Blue Bayou tied for second place in 4 person coed division, finishing the 30 hour race in 28 hours, 4 minutes. The race held at the Boyne Mountain Resort Area in Boyne Falls, Michigan consisted of several disciplines including navigation, orienteering, running, mountain biking, paddling, ropes, trekking, and some surprise events. http://www.infiterrasports.com.

AT&T Wireless to Make Detroit a Metropolitan Hotspot

NSO to host Hair Club for Men and Women's Microsoft CRM Project

NOVI, Michigan—Hair Club for Men and Women (HCFMW) has selected Network Source One to set-up, configure, and host their Microsoft CRM Project. NSO will manage the project at the Novi location for six months. At the project's implementation phase, NSO will move all hardware to the AT&T Data Center in Orlando, FL. The NSO Network Services team will configure five BackOffice servers that will host this solution. In addition, NSO will create a private VPN between it and HCFMW to manage the expansion of their current network.
