Monitoring Services

Our remote monitoring services use computer technologies to proactively manage your data center operations. Vital components such as CPU, Memory, Disk, Applications, Bandwidth and overall network health are included. Our monitoring services are packaged by incident and provide three coverage level options, Silver (8am to 5pm), Gold (8am to 8pm), and Platinum (24x7).

Staff Augmentation / Support Agreements

The Support Agreement is an annual agreement allowing customer’s to use Network Source One as a supplement to the existing IT staff, to cover their IT departments scheduled time away, such as vacations or employee absence, or to provide general technical support. For many of our customers, Network Source One has become a reliable and trusted extension of their IT staff’s team.

Support Agreement Services range from remote network monitoring to detailed on-site security audits. Since customer’s needs are unique, Network Source One packaged its support services into three levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Outsourcing
